Who we are

CoListing AI is a tool for real-estate agents that helps prepare listings, generate post texts, and assist with manually posting them into Facebook Groups. It consists of a web application and a companion Chrome extension.

What the web app stores

When you create an account and use the app, we store the data you provide, in order to operate the service:

• Account: email address and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them in plain text).
• Content you create: listings, photos, generated post texts, Facebook group entries, posting queue items, and leads.

Your data is isolated per account — you can only access your own data.

What the Chrome extension accesses

• It reads your posting queue from the app and reports item statuses back, using your existing logged-in session (cookies). It does not receive or store your password.
• On Facebook Group pages you open, it inserts the text you selected into the post composer. You review it and click the Facebook Publish button yourself. The published Chrome Web Store build is insert-only and does not click Publish.
• It stores the queue, your settings, and draft leads locally in your browser (extension storage).
• It does not read, collect, or scrape your Facebook content, messages, friends, or other private data, and does not use anti-detect, proxy, or fake-account techniques.

Third-party processors

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for your account data.
• OpenAI — to generate post texts. The listing details you choose to generate from are sent to OpenAI to produce the text. We do not send your Facebook credentials or browsing data.
• Vercel — application hosting.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not use advertising trackers or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not collect your Facebook password or use the Facebook API on your behalf.

Data retention & your rights

Your content is retained while your account is active. You can edit or delete your listings, groups, queue items, and leads in the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us using the address below.
